Chocolate Mint Energy Bombs
These chocolate mint energy bombs are loaded with healthy fats to keep you satisfied and they are so easy to make. Plus, Peppermint essential oil may help improve concentration and alertness! A perfect “treat” for an afternoon pick-me-up!
1 cup coconut oil (I use Tropical Traditions expeller pressed coconut oil),
3/4 cup almond butter,
3 Tablespoons raw organic cacao powder, and
4-6 drops Young Living Peppermint Vitality essential oil [buy here!]
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pour the mixture into a mini silicone muffin pan or into a metal mini muffin pan lined with paper cups.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer or let them thaw a few minutes (but not too long!).
